HOW TO GET TO THE MEETING ROOM
You will be sent the link to the Meeting Room the Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the Sabbath Meeting. You should receive two to three announcements or invitations to the meeting. Each announcement/invitation will have the link to this week's service. This link should remain the same each week.
Once in the room, turn off your microphone as to not disturb other members in
the room. For now, the camera should be turned off until I can figure out
the settings in the Meeting Room.
How to Have the Best Meeting Room Experience:
First, engage some sort of
Internet file cleaner. Many different applications do this. The one I use is
a free download from the Internet. It is called CCleaner.
Find it here:
http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/
After running CCleaner or similar software, restart your computer and then come
to the Meeting Room. Limit the number of other applications you have running
and windows open.
You should have your best experiences this way and may cut down on being dropped
from the room due to overloaded files and memory.
I do this each time prior to coming to the room.
Chris
Each meeting roughly 60 minutes long or so.
We send out this notice along with the procedure each day of a meeting, as well as at the beginning of the week.
Note: Please do not share the
information about this program or the password as seats are limited [only 24
guest seats]. This program was designed for outlying ICG members with no
local Sabbath services and/or for those who have no local ministry. We
currently have 50 names on this mailing list. Our record is 21 seats taken.
Note: Please understand that no one is obligated to attend these Bible
studies or Sabbath services.
