How God Corrects the Church |
Spiritual logic applied to situation where member in field church feels God is
directing him or her to correct the church. Individual feels he or she is a firstfruit in a true church of God.
However the individual feels the church is in error or, more generally "gross
error" regarding a major doctrine. He is attempting to get the church to
correct itself. The individual generally has the correction in the form of
a doctrinal paper and often insists the error be corrected immediately. |

Field church member | submits correction | to Leader of church | |
Field member confesses that truth could have only
come to him via the Holy Spirit. |
|||
The begging question: If God brought the correction to the field member via the Holy Spirit and the leader will be convinced by that SAME Holy Spirit, why wouldn't God bring the correction to the leader in the first place? |
|||
Clearly God corrects His church through the leadership of that church. |
