Thoughts, Goals, and Meditations about Faith:
I can do what I dream
My faith calms my fears
I believe in my dreams
My faith gives me confidence
My beliefs are steps to growth
You dream, you achieve
Doubt your doubts--not your beliefs
See the invisible and achieve the impossible
A strong passion will ensure success
Security is based on my faith
Feel the intangible and achieve the impossible
Faith helps with life's challenges
See what remains to be done from what is done
We must do the things we think we cannot do
Faith provides the freedom
Cooperation sees the good side in every situation
Faith accepts the result of hard work.
We are to attain the same faith God has.
We are to believe and have no doubt.

The Principle of Faith
There are four kinds of healing which I identify and ascribe to:  spiritual, physical, emotional and financial.  God has given us 254 separate promises in the Holy Bible.  The first promise God gave us is "I am the Lord God which healeth thee."

The faith principle consists of four easy steps (Mark 5:25-34)

Say It    "If I can but touch the hem of His garment..."  verse 28

Believe It    "...I know I will be healed."  verse 28

Receive It    "...she felt in her body that she was healed..."   verse 29

Tell It    "...knowing what was done in her, (she) came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth."  verse 33

Mark 5:25-34
25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

You can also see the Faith Principle at work in the scriptures regarding David and Goliath (1 Samuel 17:39-51).  Try it and find the scriptures (the 4 steps above).

It is the spoken word (rhema) that brings the written Word (logos) into reality.  The spoken word, faith, and the witness thereof of the miracle are what make it possible.

Meditate on the scriptures above, let them permeate your spirit.  God's Word says "without faith, it is impossible to please Him" [Hebrews 11:6].  It is also impossible to receive what He has for you, that is life, abundant life, and eternal life without faith.

Five Things To Know About Faith
1. Why do we need to study faith?  Why do we need to have faith?

First let's find out what it means if you do NOT have faith.

a. You cannot please God without faith - Hebrews 11:6
b. Unbelief is sin - Romans 14:23
c. Prayer without faith will not be answered - James 1:6-7

Now let's find out what it means if you DO have faith.

a. Faith can receive every promise in the Bible - Hebrews 11:1; Mark 11:24
b. Faith can overcome the world - 1 John 5:4
c. Faith allows you to share the unlimited power of God - Mark 9:23; Luke 1:37

2. What is faith?

a. The Greek word translated "faith" means "to be completely convinced and fully persuaded that something is true."  If you have the kind of faith that the Bible tells you to have, then that means you are fully persuaded and completely convinced that the Word of God, the Bible, is true for you.

b. Hebrews 11 - The Faith Chapter

3. How do you get this kind of faith?  How does faith come?

a. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God - Romans 10:17
b. Example of faith coming by hearing the Word - Acts 14:8-10

4. Once you have faith, what should you do with it?  How do you use your faith?

a. 2 Corinthians 4:13 "spirit" = Gr. "Pneuma," = the breath, essence, or the vital principle (of faith).
b. If you are full of faith, you will speak faith words - Matthew 12:34
c. The result of believing and speaking - Mark 11:23

5. In what areas of my life should I use my faith?

a. Use your faith in every area of life - Romans 14:23.
b. Faith for salvation - Romans 10:8-10 (first, receive Jesus as Lord with your calling to repentance and baptism:  the Greek word translated "confession" means "to acknowledge, to declare with your mouth, and saying the same thing").  You do this in the baptism ceremony.
c. Faith for physical healing - Matthew 8:16-17; 1 Peter 2:24.
d. Faith for finances - 2 Corinthians 8:9.
e. Faith for the Great Commission - Mark 16:15-20.
f. Faith will let you see the glory of God - John 11:41.
